SOAR Learning Center is a community-based education program for at-risk students K-3. More than just a tutoring or homework-assist program, SOAR is a highly specialized process through which student deficiencies are uncovered, analyzed and then remedied through customized learning plans.
Currently SOAR is operating out of a converted residential home. The firm is designing a four-room addition of approximately 1,000 SF with a new playground, site wall, covered front entry and shade structure in the courtyard. The Scope of Work also calls for renovations to the existing structure to include: a new roof, new windows and doors, new exterior and interior finishes.
