Since our founding in 2002, Sweet Sparkman has grown steadily, driven by a commitment to designing community-oriented projects that balance financial, social, environmental, and physical considerations. Our projects span public parks, libraries, educational facilities, theaters, and high-end residential spaces, all designed with a focus on their impact on the community.

Our leadership team includes Hannah Boehmer, AIA (Director of Design), who has been with the firm for over a decade and brings a passion for revitalizing existing structures, such as the Venice Theatre Fly Loft redesign after Hurricane Ian. Lissette Callejas (Director of Marketing), a Ringling College of Art + Design graduate, combines her design background with business acumen to share our firm’s unique story. Dina Berg (Director of Administration) supports our team by ensuring operational efficiency and fostering a positive workplace culture.

In addition to these leaders, 17 women contribute their talents across architecture, interior design, marketing, and administration. Their creativity and expertise are essential to our success, and their influence can be seen in every project we undertake. Our diverse team represents 18 nationalities and speaks 10 languages, bringing a global perspective to our local projects.
