The Beach House is a contemporary private residence located on the Gulf Coast in Pensacola, Florida. Designed with resilience and environmental sensitivity in mind, the home is elevated above the floodplain in accordance with FEMA guidelines to protect against storm surge and sea-level rise. Constructed primarily of concrete, the structure is built to withstand the region’s harsh coastal climate while providing long-term durability.

The home includes four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and covered parking below. Its clean, modern aesthetic respects the natural characteristics of the beachfront site, integrating sustainable design strategies and green building systems throughout. The result is a refined coastal retreat that balances strength, efficiency, and connection to place.
