Ram Venkat is a recent transplant from Ithaca, New York, where he served as the Senior Project Manager on staff for Cornell University's facility department. In this role, Ram had the opportunity to manage large complex renovations and new construction projects with many talented and well-renowned firms that built on this Ivy League campus, including Lake Flato and Payette Architects. As an Architect, he aspires to build beautiful buildings rich in character and meaning, and develop strong relationships with all the people involved. His diverse experience on various higher education building types provides Sweet Sparkman with excellent design standards and a knowledge of how best to serve the needs of our higher education clients. Ram enjoys being with his family, playing tennis and running outside in the warm Florida weather, a welcome change from upstate New York.
